The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) was founded  in 1998 by twin sisters Kathy Gusti and Karen Andrews after Kathy, a former pharmaceutical executive and Harvard Business School graduate, was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma.
